Max Verstappen to Make Debut at Goodwood Festival of Speed with Red Bull Presence
Kosport Magazine is thrilled to announce that the reigning Formula 1 champion, Max Verstappen, will be making his debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed next month. This highly-anticipated event will see Verstappen behind the wheel of the RB16B, the car in which he claimed his first F1 title in 2021.
But that’s not all – Verstappen will be joined by a major Red Bull presence, with a total of seven Red Bull F1 models scheduled to be in action at the festival. This includes current team-mate Sergio Perez, who will be driving the RB19 from 2013, and team principal Christian Horner, who will be getting behind the wheel of the RB8 from 2012.
“This is a historic moment for the Goodwood Festival of Speed as it will be the first time in its 31-year history that the current F1 world champion will be in attendance,” said the event founder, the Duke of Richmond.
But the excitement doesn’t stop there. Former Red Bull drivers Daniel Ricciardo, David Coulthard, Mark Webber, and Christian Klien will also be taking part in this event. And fans can expect to see the iconic RB1 on the track, the car with which the team made its F1 debut 20 seasons ago.
Kosport Magazine’s Take: The presence of Red Bull Racing at the Goodwood Festival of Speed is unprecedented. With an illustrious group of drivers and iconic cars, this event promises to be one for the books.
And that’s not all. Goodwood has also confirmed that six other current F1 teams will be in attendance, including Ferrari, Mercedes, McLaren, Alpine, and Williams. This gives fans an incredible opportunity to see their favorite teams and drivers up close and in action.
Be sure to mark your calendars for this unmissable event, taking place from July 11-14. Kosport Magazine will be bringing you all the latest updates and highlights from the festival. Stay tuned!
