The Eagles have a total of seven picks in the 2024 NFL Draft, including two in the fifth round. Here is a breakdown of each pick and our expert analysis on each selection.

Round 1 (No. 22 overall): Quinyon Mitchell, Toledo

With their first pick in the draft, the Eagles selected cornerback Quinyon Mitchell out of Toledo. Mitchell was the first cornerback taken in the draft and brings a wealth of experience and athleticism to the Eagles’ secondary.

During his time at Toledo, Mitchell set school records for passes defended in a season (25) and career (52). He is a Day 1 starter in the NFL and will provide a much-needed boost to the Eagles’ defense.

While he may need some time to develop as a route-runner, Smith brings a dynamic playmaking ability to the Eagles’ offense.

While he may have limitations in coverage, Trotter Jr. has the potential to be a key contributor on defense and will continue his father’s legacy in Philadelphia.
