Arnold Allen to Face Giga Chikadze at UFC 304 in Manchester
Kosport Magazine has confirmed that Arnold Allen will be competing in front of a home crowd at UFC 304 on July 27 at the new Co-Op Live in Manchester, England. The news was first reported by Super Lutas and multiple sources have confirmed the bout.
Allen, who holds a 10-2 record in the UFC, will be looking to avoid a three-fight losing streak after suffering his first two defeats in the promotion. He lost a decision to Max Holloway at UFC Kansas City in April 2023 and then dropped another decision to Movsar Evloev at UFC 297 in January. Prior to that, he had a four-fight win streak with stoppage victories over Calvin Kattar, Dan Hooker, and Sodiq Yusuff.
Meanwhile, Chikadze will be looking to find more consistency in 2024 after only competing once since his first loss in the UFC to Kattar at UFC Vegas 46 in January 2022. He bounced back with a decision win over Alex Caceres at UFC Singapore in August 2023.
Consistency is Key for Chikadze in 2024
As both fighters look to make their mark in the featherweight division, this matchup promises to be an exciting one for fans. Allen will have the home crowd advantage, but Chikadze will be determined to prove himself as a top contender in the division.
